Hello, I go back to ask ..... by chance nobody found the error "User interface resolution (800x480) is not supported or compatible skin with not be found.

I am working on SuperMod per Medi@Evo 2016 (MN1_SuperMod3.1.1_FavreMod)new program by maps problem User interface resolution (800x480) is not supported or compatible skin con not be found. Exiting

Sorry to be a nuisance , I have same issue but i do not know what file to convert or where it is in the medianav?
Could you put a path to these so i can get my satnav going again please .

When my medianav turns on it comes up with the 800x480 not supported error and i have greyed out map and satnav buttons .
I cannot seem to find rerason for error or having no satnav .
Sorry to trouble you guys , are they seperate issues?
