own topic if you have a certain problem or a request.

- You can write a

New Topic" at the bottom of each sub-forum.
- When replying or creating a topic, don't forget to check the "
Notify me when an answer is posted" box at the bottom of your page.
- Remember to click the [set] button on your first message if it is resolved.

- If you do not know how to
CREATE A SUBJECT then click at the top of the forum on
ASK YOUR QUESTION.
- Please read the descriptions of the forums and post your message in the appropriate forum. It is also a good idea to do a search, consult the Documentation Center or our database, as well as post-it notes and announcements before posting your message.
- The team members are all volunteers. Any attack on one of them will be severely punished.
- Put an explicit subject, corresponding to your problem. Everyone must be able to know the reason for the message according to the subject. Also, do not use capital letters, decorative symbols or terms such as Urgent, Help me, etc.
- Members wishing to provide support are welcome. We will ask you to ensure that the member complies with the rules before issuing your answer.
- Failure to follow these rules or remind them constantly will result in the locking of your subject.
- All requests must be written in English, French or even in understandable Arabic. Exchanges can only be made if the words are written in a correct and clear language understood by the members.
- Prohibitions to use an image more than 50 mm x 08 mm in the signatures, for against a single link is sufficient in the case if you own a website.
